Concurrent is dedicated to best practices in all we do. The mission of accurately reporting all financial matters is especially important. Please utilize the following process if you have any information to report:
Anonymous
Through an independent third-party, Concurrent has established a hotline for anyone to anonymously report any complaint, especially financial irregularities, fraud, errors, or false statements. Just call 1-866-657-0862 and report your concern. A transcript of your report will be provided to our corporate secretary then to a representative of the Board of Directors’ Audit Committee, if appropriate, for immediate action. Unless you choose to identify yourself, your report will remain completely anonymous.
