- Anonymous:
Through an independent third-party (MessagePro), Concurrent has established a hotline
for anyone to anonymously report any financial irregularities, fraud, errors, or
false statements. Just call 1-866-657-0862 and report your concern. A transcript
of your report will be provided to a representative of the Board of Directors’ Audit
Committee for immediate action. Unless you choose to identify yourself, your report
will remain completely anonymous.

If you would like to identify yourself in a report of any matter involving financial
irregularities, fraud, errors, or false statements and choose not to use the hotline,
