Effective August 20, 2003, the Board of Directors of Concurrent Computer Corporation adopted a Code of Ethics for Senior Executive and Financial Officers. Effective April 29, 2004, the Board of Directors of Concurrent Computer Corporation adopted a Code of Ethics for its Employees, Company-Wide.
