To expand our customer service offerings, the Media Data and Advertising Solutions business (formerly Everstream) provides an easy to use 24 x 7 online support portal. This online system is designed to make it easier for Maintenance Contract Authorized Users to communicate with us, facilitating your ability to monitor open help desk issues and support activities. Customers with a password can generate and view the progress of their service requests through webtickets on the online support site (Supportix). Customers are provided private web addresses for access to this system.
