VOD Customer Portal

To expand our customer service offerings, Concurrent introduced its VOD Customer Support Portal. This online system was designed to make it easier for you to communicate with us, enable your ability to monitor open help desk issues and support activities, as well as provide you with easier access to materials and to information relevant to your VOD business. Customers with a password can generate service requests through webtickets on the Concurrent Customer Support Portal.

Concurrent also has 24x7 Technical Support built on advanced call reporting and tracking database system. Technical Support can be reached at 866-978-7363 or 678-258-4010. If ever needed, on-site technical assistance is also available, as well as a parts repair and exchange program and extended warranty hardware and software service plans.
